Welcome to the freakshow:
Last night I finally had enough energy to get off my ass and go out and about in Dallas. First stop: my friend Allen's piercing and tattoo shop, Obscurities, where I hung out and waited for Allen, and of course bought some jewelry. Allen and I went to dinner at a place called Chuy's, where I had a tasty meal that involved Tex as well as Mex. Afterwards, we headed to Deep Ellum to see my friends performing in the Bros. Grim Side Show. The show was great, and if you're anywhere fucking near Dallas you'd better get your ass down to see it or I'll beat you to death with spoons. Anyway, it was good to see Erik as usual, and his part of the show was quite entertaining as always. It was also good to meet Jesus after hearing so many nice things about him.
All in all, it was a very nice evening. As I told Allen, good food, good company, and people breathing fire and hammering nails into their faces. Can't get any better than that!
Seriously, though, go see the show. I wasn't kidding about beating you up.
